How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order will be delivered via courier at your doorstep. Your courier will collect the payment in the form of cash and deliver the package to you. Cash on delivery is not available for International orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

our order status is updated to you via emails. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. Again, after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam for the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Support as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it.

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify your order. Alternately you can call us at our number to verify your order.

Why was my order put on hold?

We put an order on hold when a customer fails to confirm his/her order. If your order remains on hold for 3 days, it will automatically be canceled.

How are the delivery charges calculated for international orders?

Delivery charges for international orders vary according to the weight of parcel and the region of delivery.
